Forsman & Bodenfors recognized an industry-wide lack of diversity while sourcing production roles for a client project overseas. As a result, an innovative platform was conceived to help connect agencies and producers with marginalized and underrepresented talent. My role involved guiding the overall visual design and motion direction, in addition to refining the user experience for profiles, search, and mobile responsiveness.
Shake It Up
Visual designs feature shapes that defy definition, while a subtle color palette is balanced with bold type. A simple yet robust search helps finding the appropriate talent with relevant life experiences easier.
Power to the Profile
Profile descriptions, including self-identifications and industry-wide certifications, are displayed with clear visual hierarchy, with the option to edit any and all profile information directly inline.
